Yokorobi had an excellent variety of items for me to select from, and I managed to find the perfect gift thanks to their range. Customer service was excellent, with a personalised touch and expert eye to detail at every step of the way. Would love to do my Christmas shopping with them again soon!

Thank you for the cutest note in my parcel. I received my matcha bowl in perfect condition. I absolutely love my matcha bowl. I was searching for a green chawan for quite some time now and managed to find this website by accident! Thank you for the great service and the checking in as well. I've also attached photos of me using my matcha bowl this morning to make a matcha latte! I hope you bring in more glazed matcha bowls as I'm building a collection and would love oribe chawans and yoshidaya/hand painted designs.

Highly recommend the products at Yorokobi, I recently purchased eight Albee Large Noodle Ramen Bowls (Julienne Grass Pattern 18cm in Grey) and absolutely love them. They are beautifully crafted and are a versatile size, especially useful for traditional kitsune udon, mid-week donburi dinners and indulgent weekend tonkotsu ramen.

The customer service at Yorokobi was exceptional, whilst the quantity of bowls I wanted to purchase initially were not in stock, Phebe at Yorokobi assured me that they would be available with their next shipment from Japan.

Thus, when that shipment reached our shores, the bowls were promptly dispatched and packaged so well, they were arrived safely and in perfect condition.Thank you Yorokobi!
